Planning

Planning and construction of machines and systems for automation and industrial mechanization, which aim particularly at the realization of assembling and testing systems for the electromechanical, electronic and mechanical industry. We produce a complex multi-module productive machine, with a pallet and rotary table configuration as well as alle assembling stations and objectivation of operations which are manually executed by our machine operators.

Processing

On mechanical details, on behalf of third parties, on c.n.c machine tools and a three-dimensional control from our fitted testing room, assembling of units and complex parts on our clients' design specifications. This processing activity is developed until the realizations of entire machines or parts of turnkey machines on our client's design specifications, functional and technological updating and adaptations on existing machineries. The development of this activity, thanks to our manufactures' experience, allows us to understand at best the requests of our customers and of our final client, both in terms of quality and in terms of an interaction with the client's technical bodies so as to create an active interaction for a qualitative and performing improvement of the product services.

Components

Our long experience in the field of automation and the necessity to use personalised components has brought to the production of a line of pneumatic components for the handling of small parts on automation systems. These components give priority to the maintenance of a high degree of reliability in the time and I myself can guarantee them after years of development and testing on our machines and systems.
